We are working directly with the Japan Head of Legal & Compliance to identify a bilingual (Japanese-English) qualified lawyer as his right-hand and natural successor.
He is dual-qualified, offers career progression, workplace flexibility, and mentorship.

ii) diverse stakeholder management

Requirements
- Japan or US Bar admission
- PQE 8+ years in Private Practice or In-House
- Strong grounding in Japanese law, ideally in a B2B sector (e.g. heavy industry/manufacturing/engineering/construction/EPC/trading)
- Ambition to develop as a Legal professional, team leader, and business leader
- Professional fluency in all aspects of Japanese and English
