One of the strongest law firms in the entire country is looking to expand their M&A practice by onboarding a foreign qualified attorney with experience handling cross border Premium M&A transactions.
Position Requirements:
- Attorney qualified in a major Common or Civil Law jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 year of post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- No Japanese language skills are needed.
- Strong educational background.
- Experience at a major international law firm is required.
