Job Description
One of the strongest law firms within the Corporate and M&A market is looking to expand their Tokyo office by onboarding an experience US attorney willing to relocate to Japan, or already based in Japan.
Position Requirements:
- Admission to the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in corporate M&A.
- Experience or interest in venture capital transactions.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Japanese language skills are not required but are advantageous.
