Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation and business guidance on HCC matters
• Collaborate with the Head of Compliance to implement and maintain internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring plans.
• Support the execution of the company’s compliance policies and procedures, working closely with business functions.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the local HCC function and participate in HCC-related committees.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to the business on ethics, employee responsibilities, and policies.
• Lead or participate in investigations into misconduct allegations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with global compliance teams and contribute to shaping the company’s global compliance program.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ethics/corporate compliance, particularly within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English (both verbal and written).
