Job Description
One of the strongest law firms in Japan within the Finance sector is currently looking to expand their foreign finance practice by onboarding an experienced lawyer.
Key Requirements:
- Admission to practice in a recognized Common or Civil Law jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing loan agreements.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Japanese is not required.
