One of the strongest law firms in the entire world is looking to expand their M&A practice by onboarding a NY qualified attorney with experience handling cross border Premium M&A transactions, and with experience dealing with Private Equity.
Position Requirements:
- Attorney qualified in the state of New York
- Minimum of 3 year of post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A and ideally Private Equity.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Native or near-native Japanese proficiency.
